How to create a healthy sleeping routine.
If you have trouble sleeping it often help to create a nightly ritual that helps your body relax and prepare for a restful nights sleep. Most of us know not to have a TV in your bedroom. You should also ditch the phone or put it on silent. Always try to go to bed at the same time and keep the room as dark as possible.
Most importantly, create a routine that you look forward to. For example, make some time for yourself to take a relaxing bath or shower and add some lavender infused soaking salts, light a lavender candle.
