Line Cook
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
Starting Pay: Varies based on Experience
Position Overview: Olive's Vineyard Cafe and Farm Shop is seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with our chefs to prepare and execute high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to showcase their skills and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Olive's Vineyard Cafe and Farm Shop's recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods daily
- Follow established recipes while bringing creativity to seasonal specialties
- Maintain proper inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are ready for service times
- Keep baking areas clean, organized, and in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate daily production needs
- Assist with menu development and seasonal baking specials
Qualifications:
- Previous baking or pastry experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient ratios, and food safety
- Ability to work early morning hours and weekends
