What is Spring Like on the Vineyard

As the daily temperatures start to rise and we get closer to the spring months, everything changes. It is an amazing site. In March, the vines awaken and start flowing, indicating that bud break is just around the corner. We also start to notice other changes around the vineyard and lavender farm. A beautiful spring carpet of green starts to emerge and the first flowers and vegetables start to pop up. We will soon be eating from the garden and by May, everywhere you turn you will be greeted by the flowers of spring.
