Can you grow pomegranates in Arizona? You bet ya!

This week we are starting a trial the with the University of Arizona.  We will be planting 10 different varietals of pomegranates.  They will also be planting in Bowie and the Verde Valley.  The trial will last three years and hopefully, we will be able to determine which varietals grow best in SE Arizona. My mouth is already watering!
