Red Wine Vinegar

This vinegar is made from local carmenere grapes by Sand-Reckoner Vineyard.  Then the naturally fermented wine is combined with hand foraged prickly pear fruit. It is fermented and bottled by Rob Easter. It has a wonderful aroma and taste. It can be substituted in any recipe calling for red wine vinegar. It will definitely up your game.
