Red Wine Vinegar

Make any meal more vibrant. This vinegar comes from the Tannat grape, which creates a deep, rich red wine, from Rhumb Line Vineyard.  Then the naturally fermented wine is inoculated and made into vinegar. It is produced in small batches on the vineyard. It pairs perfectly with our Estate Olive Oil.
